This page contains a few photos of of the Cretaceous chalk cliffs on the Norfolk coast. I took a walk along here in May 2006. I didn't have much time, but a quick look at the fallen blocks showed belemnites and bivalves in the red chalk. The white chalk contained mainly broken shell debris.
This first photo shows the white and red chalk.The rock with a slightly different shade of red at beach level is the carstone.
